Responsibilities:

• Identify root cause of non\-conformance and communicate findings to the production line\.
• Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities\.
• Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions\.
• Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans\.
• Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry\.
• Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components\.
• Ride and evaluate carts to assess performance\.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate \(NCRC\) at the Bronze level or higher\.

Years of Experience:

2 or more years of experience required

Additional Requirements:

ASE certification is a plus, ability to read blueprints\.
