Dry Ice Operator ( TEMPORARY - through End of October 2026 )

Non-Exempt Summary:
This is a temporary position expected to last through end of October 2026 , supporting reconditioning and production activities at the Exchange Center. Dry Ice Operator performs tasks essential to the reconditioning process, restoring pre-owned or used products to a like-new condition. This includes inspection, cleaning (including dry ice blasting), repair, and quality assurance. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow standardized work to ensure all products meet company and customer standards. First shift, 8+ hours per day OR option for evening hours 4pm or 5pm to 9pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect incoming products, parts, or equipment to assess conditions and determine necessary reconditioning steps Perform thorough cleaning, detailing, and cosmetic repairs using appropriate tools and products Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble items using mechanical or electrical tools as required Replace worn or defective components to restore full functionality and safety compliance Ensure all reconditioned items meet quality control standards before release Identify recurring defects and recommend process improvements Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and inventory teams to meet daily/weekly production goals Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Manufacturing and/or Assembly experience preferred.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced shop or warehouse environment Exposure to noise, dust, and cleaning chemicals May require the use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
Important Note:
This role is temporary in nature, with an anticipated end date of mid-October 2026. Employment in this role is based on business needs and may conclude earlier or extend slightly depending on operational requirements.
