Job Description

BEPC is actively seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician in the Des Plaines, IL area! W2
Contract:
12 months with possible extensions
Pay Rate:
$20.00-$22.00/hr, based on experience
Shift:
6:00 AM-2:30
PM Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance The Drug Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including operating and maintaining production equipment, accurately weighing and blending raw materials and active ingredients, and completing required documentation in accordance with cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients. Combine materials according to established blending and manufacturing procedures. Maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Complete work orders and batch record documentation accurately and on time. Follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements. Maintain accurate documentation with minimal errors or corrections. Complete required cGMP, safety, and job-specific training. Follow written procedures and manufacturing instructions exactly. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a strong focus on product quality, safety, and compliance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to accurately follow written procedures and instructions. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Basic math skills for weighing and measuring materials. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to complete required cGMP and safety training. Ability to maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience. Experience operating production equipment. Familiarity with cGMP requirements. Batch record or production documentation experience. Experience weighing, measuring, mixing, or blending materials.
USOPS Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
