We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team, where you will leverage your expertise in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining to produce mission-critical components for demanding industries. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate multi-axis CNC milling and mill-turn equipment to meet rigorous production standards. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure all parts adhere to exact engineering specifications. Conduct routine tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor program edits to maintain optimal machining efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment performance issues and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Manage the full lifecycle of a job, from loading raw materials to deburring finished components and organizing tooling. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, safe, and highly productive shop environment. Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines or lathes. Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, including GD&T specifications. Expertise with precision gauging tools like micrometers, calipers, and indicators. Solid understanding of shop math, including algebra and geometry for material fabrication. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must meet U.S. Person status requirements for export-controlled projects. Preferred Skills Technical or vocational certification in machining or related fields. Hands-on experience with Mazak, Okuma, or Matsuura control systems. Proven ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously to maximize throughput. Experience working within AS9100 quality management systems.
