Job Duties and Responsibilities Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time effectively Be able self-start and detail-oriented Prioritize assigned tasks Ensure production goals are met and product meets customer specifications Manufacture material in accordance with established standards Identify quality and production problems and opportunities Provide assistance to other departments and co-workers Document process parameters and establish traceability Requirements SPIRIT - Strong work ethic, Positive outlook, Reliable, Into the details and a Team Player High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner Attention to safety Written and oral math and communication skills Basic mechanical aptitude Basic human relation skills MO SCI is a ITAR compliant company.
