Paint Line Operator - 1st

1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for helping operate and monitor the paint line while ensuring products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, works well with a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor equipment on the paint line Follow established work instructions and production procedures Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Pay close attention to detail to identify defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively with team members to meet production goals Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds Enter information and production data using a computer keyboard Follow all company safety and quality procedures Perform other production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or paint line experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer and keyboarding skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift IND2
