Assembly Technician Company Overview:
We are a veteran-owned Kydex holster company established in 2015 and based in High Point , NC. As a small, family-run business experiencing tremendous growth, we're proud to keep our focus on producing high-quality products and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Our team has expanded over the past year, yet we maintain a hands-on, quality-driven approach to everything we do.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be involved in the hand-building of our custom gun holsters. This process includes measuring, drilling, riveting, cutting, buffing, and sanding, requiring hands-on craftsmanship and attention to detail. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain a fast pace over extended periods. Manufacturing with us involves physical labor, so we need someone who can work efficiently and enjoys a friendly, conversational work environment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
No college degree is required; however, prior experience in manufacturing is a plus. A strong work ethic is essential, as this is a physically role that involves manual labor. Moderate physical strength is required to handle some heavier objects safely. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not necessary but is certainly a bonus.
Compensation:
$11-$13 per hour, based on experience.
