Manufacturing Technician Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, inspect product quality, and help ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment, including winders, grinders, hoppers, boring machines, and forklifts. Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues. Inspect, measure, and verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support production goals and assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of machine operator experience required. Forklift experience required. Mechanical, electrical, or quality control experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled.
