Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our small manufacturing/pilot production team. The Production Technician will be responsible for operating equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting in the daily operations of the production line. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs and safety guidelines Conduct in-process quality checks and report any inconsistencies or defects Maintain accurate production records and documentation Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production area Must be able to work in a cleanroom; follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills and familiarity with technical tools Experience in technician or assembly environment or relevant coursework a plus Ability to read and follow manuals and work instructions Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed (including weekends or overtime)
