Temp Beyond Talentedge has partner with a local technology company who currently has an advanced role within the production department, the Senior Production Tech (DL) performs complex technical activities on the production floor, drives innovation, and ensures compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. This senior position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership in solving technical problems, and a focus on improving manufacturing processes. The role is responsible for mentoring Production Tech I and II employees and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role is Temp to Hire. Responsibilities Set up and operate advanced manufacturing equipment according to specifications. Perform advanced production tasks and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Support daily and weekly equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Demonstrate strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing and assembly processes. Read and interpret technical documentation, work instructions, and SOPs. Execute, review, and help implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Production Tech I and II employees. Lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving activities. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams. Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. Lead projects or sub-projects and coordinate with Engineering to meet deadlines. Support training programs for new technologies and processes. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of electronics manufacturing or production experience. Strong knowledge of electronics assembly and manufacturing processes. Experience troubleshooting equipment and production issues. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and SOPs. Experience with quality standards and process improvement. Ability to train and mentor junior production technicians. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Salary & Schedule:
