No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform detailed visual inspections of components before, during, and after processing. Identify surface imperfections, foreign material, discoloration, damage, or other conditions that may affect product quality. Prepare, organize, and handle components according to established work instructions. Load and unload components into abrasive blasting and other manufacturing equipment. Operate production equipment after appropriate training and qualification. Perform blasting and surface-treatment operations according to established procedures and customer specifications. Properly position and secure components to ensure consistent processing. Clean and prepare components between manufacturing steps as required. Assist with specialized surface-treatment processes, including titanium anodizing, as training and qualification are completed. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Accurately complete production paperwork, inspection records, and other required documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Handle components carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups. Communicate quality issues, equipment concerns, or unusual conditions to supervisors or appropriate personnel. Work closely with other members of the Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet production requirements. Assist with other manufacturing activities as needed.
