JOB SUMMARY
Shift Hours :
Monday
  • Friday, 6:00 am
  • 2:30 pm In our Hydraulics Service Technician
  • Line Bore role, you will perform welding and line-bore work to repair and refurbish various components for our customers' equipment.
The line-bore work will be performed both in the shop and in the field from a company service vehicle. Individual must be capable of welding, machining and line boring ferrous and non-ferrous materials to tight tolerance specifications, per instructions and blueprint, utilizing a variety of machine shop equipment, including welder, portable line bore mill, manual lathe, horizontal boring mill, vertical boring mill, horizontal saw, overhead crane, forklift and other related equipment & tooling. CNC experience is a plus but not required. Be a part of getting our customers back onto the jobsite and building the world around you!
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card if not possessed already. Three
  • Five years of welding and machine shop experience is desired, including experience performing line-boring process, preferably in a repair or equipment maintenance-related environment.
Must possess and provide own hand tools (1" and below) Must be proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and indicators, among others. Requires exercising good judgment and utilizing best machining practices. Requires attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling. Standing, sitting, and climbing up and down stairs, as well as standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal.
Repetitive Motions:
Frequent movements requiring the use of hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. EEO, Veterans & Disabled Employer, and
