Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Machine Operators and Line Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Aurora, OH. If you have manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience, this is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay while working a 4-day workweek with NO weekends. What You'll Do Operate and monitor automated production equipment Run a corrugated plastic hose production line Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Make minor machine adjustments as needed Coil, package, and prepare finished products for shipment Load raw materials to keep production running efficiently Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience Experience operating automated production equipment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow work instructions High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout a 12-hour shift Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
