09/03/2026 Manufacturing Technician The Manufacturing Technician performs maintenance of facility and equipment. Oversee the loading and unloading of products, cleaning and sanitization of the facility. During the production season, work in assigned area to ensure product flow is maintained to adequate levels. This position will report to the Location Manager. This is a safety sensitive position and requires a negative drug test, and 20 percent of employees are chosen annually at random for drug testing to company policy. Responsibilities This position requires the ability to perform a combination of the following duties during 95% of workday/shift. Although exact duties may vary from day to day, our business and staffing model make it essential to be able to perform all the following duties accurately, efficiently, and safely on a regular basis. Demonstrate attention to detail, able to make good judgments quickly and the ability to multi-task. Maintenance of facilities and operational support functions as required. Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate record keeping. Oversee unloading of products used in the manufacturing process. Deliver and/ or assist with other deliveries and tasks as needed. Weigh and mix ingredients. Perform all duties, operate vehicles and other equipment according to established safety rules, guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Must pay good attention to detail and accuracy. Must have a strong work ethic, the ability to make decisions and the ability to multitask. Maintain regular and predictable attendance, reliability, punctuality, efficiency, and quality. Work scheduled shifts and can work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs. Promote a safe and productive work environment, as well as adhere to company policies, federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure the highest quality customer experience by being responsive and courteous. Maintain a professional company image both internally and externally. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED Clean driving record. Must pass a background check and drug test.
