2989937435-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GXO Logistics is seeking a Production Technician III to support high-volume operations in our advanced logistics facility. In this role, you'll operate and monitor production and material-handling equipment, including automated and robotic systems, to keep goods moving safely and efficiently. You'll perform setup, basic maintenance and troubleshooting, follow strict safety and quality standards, and accurately record production and inventory data. Working with a performance-driven, collaborative team, you'll help drive continuous improvement while growing your skills in cutting-edge logistics technology. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and material-handling equipment in the warehouse Perform setup, calibration and basic maintenance on automated and robotic systems Follow safety, quality and GXO standard operating procedures at all times Inspect, record and report production, inventory and equipment status using warehouse systems Troubleshoot routine equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and teammates to meet productivity targets Support continuous improvement, 5 S and lean initiatives on the production floor Train or mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and safety practices Required Skills Production equipment operation Warehouse operations Automated material-handling systems Basic mechanical repair Basic electrical troubleshooting Safety and OSHA compliance Quality control and inspection Data entry and warehouse management systems (WMS) Reading technical manuals and work instructions Continuous improvement/lean practices
