Production CNC Operator Position:
$16-18 / Hour Monday through Thursday Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job Duties for
Production CNC Operator Position:
Operate and monitor shop, CNC, milling, lathe, and stamping press equipment Assemble parts manually and with power tools; drill, attach, label, and inspect components Remove defective materials and ensure products meet quality standards Package and prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance Follow all shop safety and production procedures Meet or exceed daily production goals Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications for
Production CNC Operator Position:
High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related industrial or production experience Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read gauges, monitors, and precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers) Knowledge of production equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting Skilled in identifying and resolving mechanical or equipment issues Proficient in safe and effective use of power tools Follows all shop safety procedures; works efficiently in potentially hazardous environments Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills Basic computer skills a plus Physically able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 45 lbs Able to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and assemble small or delicate parts as needed If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
