Job Description
Overview We're hiring across the shop at our industrial metal component facility in Mascot, TN, with full-time openings in material handling, assembly, component breakdown, cleaning and finishing, quality control, inspection, and other production support roles. Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shift, with regular overtime available for those who want additional hours. Pay varies based on the specific role, department, experience, and shift. We can walk you through the available positions, schedules, and compensation once we connect by phone. This is a stable, growing operation with direct-hire opportunities, cross-training, and room to advance into multiple production and technical roles. We're interviewing immediately, with final hiring decisions expected next week.

Compensation Base Pay:
$19
•$23 / hr (depending on role and shift)
Overtime:
Available weekly Weekly Pay Full-time Direct Hire Position Hiring on 1st and 2nd Shift 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM
•2:30 PM (majority of openings) 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM
•11:00
PM Responsibilities Disassemble Parts:
Break down large industrial components using presses and hand tools.
Clean Components:
Wash and shot blast parts before inspection begins.
Inspect Surfaces:
Identify wear, damage, cracks, and reusable components.
Measure Parts:
Verify dimensions using gauges and precision measuring tools.
Classify Components:
Sort reusable and scrap parts according to standards.
Operate Equipment:
Run industrial washers, blast cabinets, and support equipment safely.
Handle Materials:
Lift, move, and stage heavy metal components throughout production.
Maintain Equipment:
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks. Requirements
• Qualifications
• Required Manufacturing or industrial work experience Comfortable performing repetitive production work Able to use basic hand tools Able to read written work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand throughout the workday Preferred Mechanical disassembly experience Industrial washing or shot blasting experience Visual inspection experience Precision measurement experience Quality inspection background Lean manufacturing exposure Bearing or heavy industrial component experience

$19.00
•$23.00 per hour
