Job duties:

Operate, monitor, and maintain aluminum foil production equipment safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, identify root causes, and assist with repairs, adjustments, changeovers, and setups. Perform routine, preventive, and basic corrective maintenance while monitoring equipment performance for potential failures. Conduct quality checks, document production and maintenance activities, and report defects or abnormal conditions. Follow safety, operating, and maintenance procedures while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet production goals and support continuous improvements in safety, reliability, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

Mechanical & Manufacturing Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or a mechanical environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand/power tools and troubleshoot basic machinery issues.

Maintenance & Problem Solving:

Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform routine and preventive maintenance.

Safety & Quality:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures, safety standards, and operating instructions.

Teamwork & Reliability:

Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

Performance & Growth:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to meet production goals, and willingness to learn new equipment and processes. #
