Back Production Technician Lease Operator Contract 11481 Aug 31, 2026 Dilley , Texas Looking for a Production Technician in Dilley, TX! We need hardworking, reliable workers with some experience working with plungers and pumping units. We'll train you on the rest. This is a long-term gig that pays well and offers steady work. What you'll do: Operate and help maintain equipment related to plungers and pumping units Work out of Dilley, TX, on an 8/6 rotation schedule Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team What you need: Experience with plungers and pumping units Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot Dependable and ready to work hard Must live within 60 miles of Dilley, TX Nice to have: Prior manufacturing or production experience Basic knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems Any relevant training or certifications

Preferred Education & Experience:
