Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Technical Operator and become a vital part of our organization! In this energetic role, you will operate and monitor machinery, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will help maintain high-quality standards while adhering to strict safety protocols. Duties Operate machines and other industrial equipment with precision and care, ensuring optimal performance throughout shifts Conduct routine inspections of machinery, identifying and resolving mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments on packaging lines to meet production targets Troubleshoot equipment problems using basic mechanical knowledge and industrial troubleshooting techniques Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine performance logs, and safety checks Requirements 8+ years of proven experience operating packaging machinery or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing or production setting Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including GMP compliance and PPE use Experience working with manufacturing processes or in environments requiring strict protocols is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Join us as a Technical Operator and be part of a team dedicated to excellence!
