Job Description

About the Role As a Polymer Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production team by transforming raw materials into high-quality urethane components. You will utilize precise mixing and molding techniques to ensure our output meets rigorous standards, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and product excellence. Responsibilities Execute the production of plastic components by strictly adhering to detailed technical work instructions. Perform precise measurement, blending, and thermal processing of liquid resins to ensure material integrity. Manage the mold heating and curing process, including the safe handling of heated equipment to maintain consistent production flow. Operate material handling equipment to manage 5-gallon containers of raw liquid materials safely. Track and document daily production metrics to ensure team goals and throughput targets are consistently achieved. Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance to foster a productive manufacturing environment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for material measurement. Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently. Proven ability to remain active, including standing, bending, and stooping, for extended shifts. Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance. Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team setting. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a warehouse or industrial manufacturing facility. Demonstrated aptitude for following complex safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. High level of attention to detail when monitoring production quality and equipment status.
