• Stake Flag Machine Operator
• We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company.

• Schedule
• Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• DuPont-style schedule with multiple consecutive days off
• Must be available to work assigned weekends and holidays
• Responsibilities
• Operate a stake flag production machine while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor machine problems
• Escalate complex equipment issues to the appropriate technician
• Gather and load raw materials and production supplies
• Package, label, and palletize finished products according to work-order specifications
• Complete first-article inspections and routine quality checks
• Record production and quality information accurately
• Coordinate with material handlers to maintain necessary supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to the supervisor
• Help reduce scrap, downtime, and production costs
• Qualifications
• Stable employment history and dependable attendance
• Long-term interest in manufacturing and career development
• Manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand production schedules and quality specifications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Forklift and overhead-crane experience is a plus
• Willingness to complete approximately one month of online and hands-on training
• Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, crouch, reach, grasp, and work in limited spaces
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Work around occasional dust, temperature changes, and mild chemical irritants
