Manufacturing Technician | Tremonton, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment in Tremonton, Utah. Responsibilities Operate processing and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, filtration systems, and related machinery. Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials using computer-assisted systems to ensure accurate batch production. Set up, calibrate, and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment. Perform in-process sampling and testing to ensure products meet quality specifications. Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Complete production documentation and quality records accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and operational condition. Support continuous production activities while meeting quality and productivity goals. Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred. Previous manufacturing, laboratory, or production experience is a plus but not required. Experience in logistics or life sciences environments is preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to work with data-entry and production tracking systems. Strong math and measurement skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
