This role serves as a key link between Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams by driving inventory accuracy, promoting continuous improvement, maintaining compliance with company procedures, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Production Support Accurate control, availability, and compliance of labels, cartons, films, and related packaging materials critical to production success. Manage inventory transactions, material issuance, reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while maintaining FEFO practices. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and QA to support production schedules, material availability, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Drive improvements in inventory management, material flow, and operational efficiency. Maintain SOPs, support Lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory standards. Maintain an organized, audit-ready work environment. Train team members, support cross-functional operations, and promote effective communication across departments and shifts. Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations and achievement of company objectives. Qualifications High School Diploma plus 3 years' experience in production and warehousing inventory operations. Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and production support processes. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing procedures, training employees, and implementing process improvements. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
