Schrader Pacific is seeking a Dip Room Operator (Acid Dipper/Plater) to play a vital role in keeping production moving efficiently while ensuring plated parts meet our high quality standards. In this position, your work has a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall manufacturing success. As a Dip Room Operator, you'll be responsible for operating plating equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining safe, consistent production processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Load parts into a washer and bead blasting machine. Teflon coating of O-rings and various other parts Monitor production processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality output. Identify and remove defective parts from the workflow. Make minor machine adjustments to maintain proper operation. Perform quality checks Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift. Follow all written procedures for safe and consistent operation. Support additional production tasks as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and work on a cement floor for the entire shift .
• Comfortable operating multiple machines simultaneously .
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect parts while machines are running .
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and maneuver heavier items with assistance.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and able to work without direct supervision.
