Previous auto body, sanding, masking, detailing, or paint-prep experience is preferred, but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and gain hands-on experience in the automotive collision and refinishing industry. Auto body and paint work is a skill that can lead to many different career opportunities, and this position gives you the chance to learn while working alongside experienced technicians in a real production shop.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Sand and prepare vehicles for paint Mask and tape vehicles Properly clean and prep surfaces before painting Assist with minor disassembly and reassembly Learn the automotive refinishing process from start to finish Work alongside experienced body and paint technicians Help keep vehicles moving efficiently through the production process Maintain a clean and organized work area
