You'll learn to operate precision equipment, measure and inspect products for quality, and expand your skills by cross-training at different production stations and on multiple machines. Harbour offers full-time opportunities across first (7 AM - 3 PM) , second ( 3-11 PM), and third (11 PM - 7 AM) shifts , giving you greater flexibility to find a schedule that works for you. Shift availability, hours, pay, and applicable shift differentials may vary by opening. Bring your reliability and willingness to learn. We'll give you the opportunity to build from there. What you'll do Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery according to specifications and operating procedures. Use gauges and other measuring devices to ensure accurate product output. Perform in-process quality inspections to verify product integrity. Use hand tools efficiently and safely. Read routing sheets and follow production requirements. Maintain accurate production reports and records. Learn different production stations and cross-train on multiple machines. Follow established safety standards and procedures. Work collaboratively with the production team to deliver high-quality products. What you'll bring Basic addition and subtraction skills. A consistent attendance record.
