Reed's Home Solution is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Technician to join our team. This position requires physical labor, working in confined spaces, and handling various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable with hands-on tasks, and be willing to travel for out-of-town assignments with overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform ditch digging, fiberglass and cellulose removal, and jackhammering. Apply spray foam insulation efficiently and safely. Clean and remove debris from work sites. Operate small tools including saws, vacuums, and other equipment. Work on scaffolding and ladders at various heights. Access and work within confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a DOT-regulated drug test. Ability to travel out of town for overnight stays as required. Prior experience in construction, insulation application, or similar labor-intensive roles preferred. Comfortable using various small tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Capable of working in challenging environments including tight spaces, high places, and outdoor conditions.
