Senior Process Engineer, Plastics Extrusion and Molding McDonough, GA | Full-time | Mon to Fri | $80,000 to $125,000 a year We're hiring a hands-on Senior Process Engineer with plastics extrusion or injection molding experience for our packaging plant. Must-Haves 7+ years of process engineering in manufacturing preferred Plastics extrusion or injection molding experience Equipment troubleshooting on the production floor Root cause analysis and continuous improvement What You'll Do Support plastics production equipment and processes Improve cycle times, OEE, and material yield Reduce scrap and process variability Support tooling changes and new product launches Write process documentation and train staff Nice-to-Haves Thermoforming SPC, DOE, or FMEA Engineering degree Compensation and Benefits $80,000 to $125,000 a year About the Company A plastics and packaging manufacturer in McDonough, GA.
