•Description•The Package Testing Senior Analyst works independently to add quantitative analysis of packaging components and materials which assures the package will contain and deliver the product during its useful life, while meeting Estee Lauder's commitment to excellence. Senior Analysts handle the most advanced and complex projects evaluating packaging components for functionality, and package compatibility. Senior Analyst is a skilled individual contributor demonstrating collaboration, delivering sustained important contributions that impact both new or improved products, packages, devices and testing methodologies. •Key Responsibilities•+ Ensure technical readiness towards right first time reviewing top 30 programs for the region with package development, R D formulation, TSO, quality assurance, and Manufacturing Engineering. + Building first principles and develop technical models to predict testing outcome. + Actively participate in dFMEA + Determines appropriate methodology of testing various packaging materials and components, developing test plans and consumer usage simulation testing upfront. + Performs technical evaluation of packages for seal, weight loss, compatibility, fill level, function, etc. using standard procedures to achieve and maintain high quality package performance + Uses technical knowledge gained through formal education and practical experience to document and summarize data for review and interpretation.
