Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives in a high priority plant. Enhancing productivity, efficiency, quality and safety across all plant operations.

Analyze operational performance, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and implement sustainable solutions to improve manufacturing stability.

Partner with maintenance and engineering teams on capital projects, equipment upgrades and new equipment commissioning to support long-term operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering

Demonstrated experience with extrusion processes, polymer behavior, and materials selection.
