Job Description

Engineering Manager Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Manager and lead the charge in designing and producing top-tier pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters for the commercial HVAC industry. In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee innovative engineering projects, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure our products adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PE license preferred 7+ years of engineering experience in pressure vessel design, boiler manufacturing, or commercial HVAC equipment 2+ years in an engineering leadership or project management role Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII Division 1, ASME Section IV, and related codes Experience with pressure vessel design software and thermal/structural analysis Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Understanding of welding processes, material properties, and fabrication methods Familiarity with UL listing requirements and commercial HVAC applications Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with pressure vessel design software and advanced analysis tools Familiarity with manufacturing process improvements and value engineering Knowledge of quality control procedures related to welding and fabrication Previous experience working with inspection bodies and compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline 7 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
