Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; specialized training in robotics or welding is highly desirable. Demonstrated background working with robotic welding or in a comparable industrial role. Comprehensive knowledge of various welding methods, metal properties, and essential safety procedures. Proficiency in analyzing and understanding complex technical diagrams and schematics. Strong ability to identify and resolve issues with a keen focus on precision.
