Job Description

Overview What you'll work on Design, build, and test compact microturbine generators and their mechanical subsystems. Own hard problems across turbomachinery, rotating equipment, thermomechanical systems, and high-temperature materials. Develop ceramic components and manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and cost. Turn early hardware and processes into robust, repeatable production systems. Work directly with a small founding team on ambiguous, high-consequence engineering problems. Who we're looking for Deep experience in turbomachinery, rotating machinery, mechanical engineering, materials science, ceramics, or adjacent systems. A track record of getting difficult physical systems designed, built, tested, and iterated. Strong first-principles judgment paired with hands-on hardware execution. High agency and genuine interest in building an industrial company from the ground up.
