Job Description

We are a growing rack manufacturing company needing an experienced mechanical engineer that can work both individually and with a team in creating concept drawings and actual detail working drawings. Check accuracy of drawings prior to sending to production. This position would verify 1st article accuracy and fixtures prior to running production. We currently have Solid Works in place and would prefer experience with Solid Works software. Must have 3D modeling knowledge/experience. Must have good communication skills, this position will work with clients at times as well as with our supervisors, management and purchasing departments. Following from concept through production run, working with all departments for
ISO-9001
compliance. Would be verifying quality as production is being ran. Must be detail oriented, have manufacturing knowledge of processes, we have full machine shop processes, welding floor and paint lines. After 90 days probation period our benefits include health insurance, life insurance, optional dental/vision, 6 paid holidays, vacation plan, 401K with up to 4% match, office gym. Starting salary will be based on experience and skillset. This position would require 5+ years of experience. Must have mechanical skillset and be detail oriented. Master Cam and CNC knowledge is beneficial. Starting salary will be based on skillset and experience. We use SolidWorks 2024 software. Salary and hours will be discussed at interview. Must participate in the continual quality improvement process and comply with ISO policy.
