Ensure work accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with design criteria, procedures, and codes. Conduct research, reviews, studies, and analyses for technical projects and programs. Recommend equipment, concepts, and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, and address design flaws or regulatory changes.
