Job Description The Senior R D Power Electronics Design Engineer will report directly into the Electrical Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Design and develop advanced DC/DC converter products utilizing proprietary technologies. Lead product development efforts from concept through manufacturing release. Perform power converter, analog, and magnetics design activities. Conduct simulation, analysis, testing, component selection, and PCB layout reviews. Develop product functional specifications and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface directly with customers when required. Drive innovation in power conversion topologies, control architectures, and packaging technologies. The Successful Applicant BSEE required; MSEE preferred. 7+ years of power electronics design experience. Expertise in AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, VRMs, or bus converters. Strong knowledge of high-frequency switching power supply topologies and control architectures.
