Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The adjunct faculty for the Automotive Trades will teach courses that are within the Automotive Technology Associates of Applied Science and Certificate programs at SMC's Dowagiac campus. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology or directly related field; OR Automotive Certificate or certification equivalent such as ASE ; OR Industry Experience in Automotive Technology Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Automotive Technology or higher Industry experience in Automotive Technology ASE Certification(s) Teaching experience Other Information All applicants must demonstrate the ability to promote active and collaborative learning through a variety of teaching methods, as well as relate to students. Excellent organization and communication skills as well as the demonstrated use of instructional technology are required.
