We are seeking Graduate Engineers to join our proactive team of ethical, talented, passionate professionals and leaders at our Flint, MI office.

POSITION SUMMARY ROWE

is currently looking for Design Graduate Engineers to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Design services team. Graduate Engineers work under the supervision of a Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects. Compute engineering design calculations. Perform field reviews to determine existing conditions. Provide on-site inspections as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in civil and/or environmental engineering. EIT certification preferred. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus. Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities. Ability to work independently or on a team. Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
