What You'll Do as a
Mechanical & Design Engineer:
Create and maintain 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawingsDesign tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment modifications to improve operationsTroubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs, maintenance, and process improvementsAssist with equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing launchesDevelop and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision-controlled drawingsConduct product and process testing and document findings and recommendationsCollaborate with production teams to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency What You Need to Bring to the
Mechanical & Design Engineer Role:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience consideredBackground in manufacturing, mechanical design, equipment engineering, or process engineeringStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicableWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
