In this role, you will travel to client sites to install, configure, and maintain specialized equipment and systems, perform diagnostics, and resolve complex technical issues. You'll provide on-site training, document service activities, and partner closely with clients to ensure uptime and performance. You'll work with a collaborative, growth-focused team that values integrity, autonomy, and building strong, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Install, configure, and commission equipment and technical systems at client sites Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and system health checks Document service visits, findings, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing tools Train end users and client teams on proper system operation and best practices Collaborate with engineering and support teams to escalate complex issues Maintain parts inventory, tools, and service readiness for assigned territory Provide remote technical support and guidance between site visits Ensure compliance with safety standards and client site protocols Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvements Required Skills Field service diagnostics Electromechanical troubleshooting Preventive maintenance Technical documentation Customer training Remote technical support CRM/ticketing systems Reading technical schematics Network connectivity setup Time and territory management
