• Product development and documentation Develop detailed mechanical designs using software such as Creo, including schematics and drafting documentation. Conduct mechanical analysis utilizing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools to evaluate stress, thermal performance, and structural integrity of components. Perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures or performance issues to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards during design, manufacturing, and testing phases. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise mechanical drawings and quality control.
