Perfect for entry-level talent or a hands-on tech enthusiast with 3D CAD skills (Inventor/AutoCAD preferred), this role offers growth offloading day-to-day engineering, production, and custom product design responsibilities.
Collaborate directly with customers to evaluate requirements and adapt existing components to fit their needs.
Provide hands-on operational support to the plant floor, assisting with quality control and production needs.
Identify manufacturing issues and propose practical solutions to keep production and vendors on schedule.
