What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
• Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Prepare customer proposals and application-specific solutions
• Support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and new product introductions
• Plan and execute product testing, analyze results, and document findings
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and revision records
• Evaluate materials, suppliers, and components for performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 0-5 years of engineering experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Inventor preferred)
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerances, and materials
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly
