About the Role Are you a recent mechanical engineering graduate looking to build your career in machine design and product development? This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced engineering professionals, develop custom industrial machinery, and gain hands-on experience from initial design through prototype testing and manufacturing. As a Mechanical Engineer I, you'll create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, support new product development, troubleshoot design challenges, and collaborate with manufacturing and assembly teams. You'll receive direct mentorship from experienced engineering leaders while developing the skills needed to take ownership of engineering projects and product lines. What You'll Do Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or similar software. Develop bills of materials (BOMs) and maintain engineering documentation. Support new product development, prototype builds, testing, and design validation. Assist manufacturing and assembly teams with mechanical design questions and troubleshooting. Participate in design reviews, engineering problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, sales, project management, manufacturing, and service teams. Help improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost. Develop knowledge of industrial drying, curing, cleaning, and related equipment. Progressively take ownership of engineering projects, product improvements, and customer-specific applications. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals. Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or similar software. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Hands-on mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams in both office and shop-floor environments.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
