What You'll Do Develop predictive models and simulation tools that integrate physics-based principles with data-driven approaches Apply machine learning and statistical methods to analyze manufacturing and quality data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Build automation tools relying on the developed models for real-time monitoring of cell manufacturing line Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions that improve manufacturing processes and product quality What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Data Science, or a related field. Strong working knowledge and skill in SQL, JMP, Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MATLAB Knowledge of data analysis, electrochemical systems, battery technology, or energy storage Experience with physics-informed machine learning or computational modeling Familiarity with manufacturing processes or quality control methodologies Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous internships, projects or working experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Benefits As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans. Earned Wage Access:

Real-time pay access paid daily, subject to eligibility and schedule (applicable for below Sr. Managers levels) Expected Compensation $20.00 - $50.00 + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
