Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic NDT Level II Inspector specializing in Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT). In this role, you will perform critical non-destructive testing at our client site, to ensure the integrity and safety of metal components, primarily within aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Your expertise will help uphold rigorous quality standards through precise inspection techniques, interpretation of technical drawings, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities Conduct liquid penetrant testing (PT) on various metal parts and assemblies following established procedures and industry standards. Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to identify inspection points and requirements. Utilize hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and Soldering equipment to prepare and examine components. Perform surface inspections using techniques like magnetic particle inspection (MPI), radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and X-ray inspection as needed. Collect and analyze data accurately during inspections to document findings clearly in reports. Ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures throughout all testing activities. Maintain calibration records for equipment testing devices and ensure all nondestructive testing is performed according to industry best practices. Qualifications Certification as an NDT Level II Inspector in Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) is required; additional certifications in magnetic particle inspection (MPI), radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), or X-ray inspection are a plus. Proven experience with non-destructive testing methods within aerospace or manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret engineering schematics and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with steel radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing, penetrant testing techniques, and radiographic testing techniques. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for data collection, report writing, and documentation purposes. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to nondestructive testing procedures. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; ability to identify flaws or inconsistencies during inspections. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality control principles. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
