Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to support the inspection of high-performance racing engine components. In this role, you'll work hands-on with parts that have competed at the highest levels of motorsports, helping identify wear, defects, and opportunities to improve reliability and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail. What You'll Do Perform post-race inspection of racing engine components using visual, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection methods under the guidance of certified personnel. Accurately document inspection findings and maintain detailed records. Identify and communicate potential issues requiring further review. Use basic math to calculate inspection parameters and verify results. Support production schedules by completing inspections efficiently and accurately. Re-clean parts following inspection processes. Assist other departments and team members as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred. Basic NDT knowledge or inspection experience. Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Mechanical aptitude and interest in high-performance engines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Requirements Frequent bending and stooping. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
