2997530687-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Consolidated Precision Products, a CPP Corporation company, seeks an Aerospace Non-Destructive Testing Specialist for our Defense & Aerospace Testing, Certification, and Inspection department. In this on-site role, you will perform NDT on complex aerospace components using UT, RT, MT, PT, and ET to verify structural integrity and compliance with strict defense and aerospace standards. You will interpret results, document findings, support certification and quality audits, and collaborate with engineering. Responsibilities Conduct non-destructive tests on aerospace and defense components using UT, RT, MT, PT, and ET methods Interpret indications, evaluate component integrity, and document results in accordance with industry and customer standards Support certification, inspection, and quality teams to maintain compliance with
AS9100, NAS
410, and NADCAP requirements Collaborate with engineering to investigate nonconformances and recommend corrective actions Maintain NDT equipment, calibration records, and detailed inspection documentation Participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and testing efficiency Required Skills Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Radiographic Testing (RT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Eddy Current Testing (ET) Reading engineering drawings and blueprints Aerospace materials and casting inspection Use of digital NDT equipment and reporting software Root cause analysis and nonconformance documentation Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and NAS 410 requirements
