Job Description Insight Global is seeking an NDT Technician II to support a leading aviation maintenance and modification operation in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will perform non-destructive testing inspections on aircraft components and structures to ensure compliance with FAA, customer, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have Level II certifications and hands-on experience performing Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, and Fluorescent Penetrant inspections in an aviation, aerospace, or similar regulated environment. This individual will work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify defects, assess airworthiness, and support aircraft return-to-service activities. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Perform Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, and Fluorescent Penetrant inspections on aircraft structures and components Interpret inspection results and document findings in accordance with regulatory and company requirements Review technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and inspection criteria to ensure compliance Identify defects, discontinuities, corrosion, cracks, and other structural concerns affecting airworthiness Generate and maintain accurate inspection records and certification documentation Collaborate with maintenance technicians, quality teams, and engineering personnel to support repair and return-to-service activities Ensure all inspections are performed in compliance with FAA regulations, NAS 410 requirements, and customer standards Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, safety, and inspection processes Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing training requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
